IsComplete checkbox on the MOC transition is a little confusing. It is a property on the transition that serves the purpose to make the closure questions required in the last status of the MOC. As well, it locks down the MOC record.

Issues: This is not communicated to the user. It is only allowed on one transition per status and a user might want to lock down Cancelled records without requiring closure questions.

Suggestions for improvement:

1) Put Closure Questions into the required fields options on the status and take it out of the IsComplete logic.

2) Do the same with Trigger Questions to be consistent and transparent. (Rather than it being hardcoded/not mentioned in the workflow setup)

3) Allow for IsComplete on more than one transition. E.g. I have a Close and Cancel transition.

4) Put info hover beside "IsComplete" to indicate what it does.
